By using this Website or placing any purchase order through it, you agree to abide by these terms. You may submit electronic orders only after accepting them, and any breach may result in your account being terminated.

Together with our Privacy Policy, Voucher Terms and Website Use Terms, these Terms apply to your access to and use of our Website and the delivery of goods ordered through our online shop. By ordering goods, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and the other documents.

Raha Surgical is an online medical equipment shop. We are not responsible for fraud or harm inflicted on customers or vendors by anyone falsely using our name. Please place orders only through our official website.

By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms, you also accept and agree to be bound by our Policies as amended from time to time.

In these Terms, “you” and “User” mean the end user or customer accessing the Website, its contents and the Services offered through it. “Website”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Website and/or Raha Enterprise.

The contents set out here form an electronic record under the Information & Communication Technology Act, 2006 (তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি আইন, ২০০৬) and the rules made under it, as amended from time to time. This document does not require any physical or digital signature and forms a valid and binding agreement between the Website and the User.

The Website is operated by Raha Enterprise, a business registered under the laws of Bangladesh, with its registered office at Mosjid Market, Nazipur Busstand, Nazipur, Naogaon, Bangladesh. All references to the Website in these Terms refer to this entity together with the online portal.

This Website may contain links to other websites that we do not operate. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. Your use of linked sites is subject to the terms of use and service of each such site.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after changes are posted, you accept the Terms as modified.

These Terms continue to apply until terminated by either you or us. The agreement can be terminated by (i) not accessing the Website, or (ii) closing your Account, if that option is made available to you.

Provisions of these Terms which by their nature are meant to survive termination will continue to apply after termination or expiry of this agreement.

Use of the Website is available only to persons who can legally contract under the Contract Act, 1872.

The Website may be inaccessible for reasons we consider necessary, including regular maintenance. We will not be liable for any loss or claim arising from such inaccessibility, and Users expressly waive any claim against us in this regard.

The material on this Website (including content, software and services) is the property of Raha Enterprise, its subsidiaries, affiliates and/or third-party licensors. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, installed, posted, transmitted, stored or distributed without written permission from Raha Enterprise.

You may not use any deep-link, page-scrape, robot, spider or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Website or its content, or to reproduce or circumvent its navigational structure or presentation, or to obtain any materials, documents or information by means not purposely made available through the Website. We reserve the right to bar any such activity.

This site uses cookies, so you must have cookies enabled for all functionality to work properly. A cookie is a small data file written to your device when you visit certain websites. Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirming receipt of your order and containing its details (the “Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy. When we send it, an “agreement to sell” is concluded under Section 4(3) of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, meaning the transfer of property in the goods takes place at a future time, when the product(s) are delivered to your designated address. We accept your offer, and the agreement to sell becomes a contract of sale under Section 4(4) of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, when the product(s) are delivered to your designated address, at which time property in the goods passes from us to you.

You can cancel your order for a product at no cost at any time before the goods are delivered to you.

A user may return any product at the time of delivery if the product:

• Does not meet the user’s expectation.
• Is found damaged during delivery.
• Raises doubt about product quality or quantity.
• Is received in an unhealthy or unexpected condition.
• Has packaging the user is not satisfied with.
• Is found to be unusable.

Refunds for eligible returns are processed in line with our refund policy. For partial-payment orders, any advance amount paid is handled according to the outcome of the return or cancellation. Please contact us for details about your specific order.

We do not produce or manufacture any product ourselves. We try to control quality, but we do not give a quality assurance for any product. Manufacturers, vendors and suppliers are responsible for assuring the quality of their products.

If, at the time of receiving your order, you find any product injurious to health, life or security, we will accept the return of that product. If you face any threat after 12 hours from the time of delivery, we will treat it as a lack in the quality assurance of the manufacturer or supplier.

All products displayed on the Website are subject to change and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Modifications take effect immediately upon posting on the Website. You are responsible for reviewing them, and your continued access or use of the Website is deemed acceptance of the modified terms.
